Application Method:
Step 1 – Apply the lotion on the cotton and spread the lotion evenly with the help of spreader.
Step 2 – Apply the cotton on the area of pain and tape the cotton so that it doesn’t move from its place.
Step 3 -Wrap the bandage and tape it at the end.
Step 4 – Remove the bandage after 24 hours with the help of scissors.
Step 5 – Massage the back along with the legs as shown in the video for at least 10 minutes with slow moving hands.
